Each body is assembled from authentic reproduction panels we helped reverse-engineer alongside a major automotive stamping plant. We adhere to strict factory specifications based on original Ford engineering data — not guesswork. Every Bronco tub is welded together in-house using water-cooled factory-style resistance spot welders, just like Ford Motor Company used in the 1960s and 1970s.
