Every Rust Belt Offroad body starts with authentic reproduction panels from carefully selected stamping plants. Our bodies are assembled in-house using factory-grade, water-cooled resistance spot welders — the same type of equipment GM used to build the originals.

We go a step further, applying more welds than our competitors for unmatched structural integrity, better seam alignment, and a truly factory-correct appearance. Each fixture is precision-engineered to OEM datum points and laser-verified to ensure your cab drops onto your frame with ease — just like it should.
