Each cab begins with authentic reproduction sheet-metal panels that have been reverse-engineered by premier stamping plants and are assembled at our facility in Canfield, OH. From the first weld to the final alignment, every step is performed in-house using factory-style, water-cooled resistance spot welders — the same type of machines Ford Motor Company used when these trucks first rolled off the line.

Every fixture in our shop is engineered to original Ford datum points, verified with digital leveling and precision alignment tools. The result? A cab that drops directly onto your frame with zero guesswork, offering the perfect starting point for your restoration or custom build.
